Everything you need to know before booking your stay.

Are your rentals high quality?

All of our vacation rentals are finished to a high standard, we believe they offer outstanding value compared to hotels in the area. Each property is fully equipped and regularly maintained.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed?

Maximum occupancy for each rental is shown on the property page beside the guest count. Exceeding the posted occupancy is not permitted.

Are events and large gatherings allowed?

Weddings and other celebrations that push occupancy above the listed maximum are not permitted at any of our properties at any time.

What is the minimum stay?

Tyee Cabin requires a 3-night minimum stay during July and August unless management approves otherwise. Other properties and dates may differ: contact us for details.

What is your pricing structure?

Prices are for 2 guests; an additional $20 per person applies for stays above 2 people, up to the property maximum.

What is the cancellation policy for standard bookings?

If you cancel 30 or more days before arrival (45 days for holiday periods): $100 fee. If you cancel 14 to 30 days before (30 to 45 days for holidays): 50% of rent plus a $100 fee. Within 14 days (or 30 days for holidays): no refund.

What is the cancellation policy I see on the property pages?

For direct bookings, deposits are refunded minus $250 for cancellations 90+ days out, 50% of deposit for cancellations 45 to 90 days out, and no refund within 45 days.
